The first step as a web developer is always to listen to the ideas and desires of my client regarding the webpage, budget, and marketing of the project. Here we will decide which type of online presence – blog, small business webpage, web shop etc. – is the most suitable.
This meeting is free of charge and non-binding, and can be face-to-face at any location along the Costa del Sol or via Zoom.
Following our first meeting, I will research the ideal keywords for your webpage, and construct a tailored strategy and unique appearance.
Using WordPress, I will develop a first draft of your website, which you will be able to see online. This draft will meet all your requirements, such as layout, text, colors, fonts, logos, and other elements to reflect your brand identity. Sometimes this phase requires a few iterations until we reach a satisfying result, during which we will be in regular dialogue with eachother. Once you are satisfied with the draft, payment is due.
At this stage I will do an in-depth optimisation of your webpage according to the latest state-of-the-art web development customs. To achieve this, I will undertake research into your industry, competitors, and target audience to construct a tailored SEO strategy so that your webpage will be visible in the organic search results of Google, Yandex, Bing etc.
If you choose the all-inclusive package, this will include the creation and maintenance of social media (Instagram and Facebook) and an online marketing strategy.
Insights from my research in Stage 3 will flow into perfecting all facets of web development, photo editing, and SEO for your webpage. After this is completed, I will present to you the final draft. Ideally, this will happen 2-3 weeks after our first meeting.
Before I hand over your webpage to you, I will show you how to self-manage your WordPress site in a face-to-face meeting, so you will be able to confidently upload new content and update your site.
